From viewing the two-dimensional images to operating the interactive three-dimensional models, we hope to bring to users unique close-up viewing experience. When the artifacts sit quietly in the museum they are only beautiful to the eyes, once we learn their archaeological contexts we can see the history, culture and human beings behind them.
Cultural heritage is co-owned by the public. The digital archives not only document cultural heritage with information technologies and digitalizing techniques but also share these results to the public without being limited by time and space.
